Exercising is the best way to keep your body fit and fine. With exercise you just don’t stay externally fit but internal functioning of the body is also enhanced. To get maximum benefit from the exercise it must be performed early in the morning empty stomach. You must make sure you do not eat anything at least 30 minutes after the exercise.

Exercising on regular basis will improve the blood flow inside the body. Also you will be able to inhale fresh air everyday. Hence your body will be able to execute the various functions of the body in a better way. You will also feel energized and fresh through out the day.

Your body will start functioning properly and you will become healthy from inside. Your immune system will get boosted and your body will be able to fight against infection and germs in a better way. Hence, you will get less prone to acnes, pimples.

Make sure you drink loads of water everyday because you will loose water while exercising but you will have to compensate the lost amount. Also make sure you don’t binge on junk food because it will increase the quantity of harmful oils in your body and hence you can develop pimples and acnes. Avoid junk food as much as possible.
