Importance of dry fruits in our diet

The almond is yet another dry fruit known for its medicinal properties.

Almonds excel in their medicinal power due to the combined presence of essential elements such as iron, copper, phosphorus and vitamin B1. Almonds help in the creation of fresh blood cells, haemoglobin and also enables the proper functioning of brain, heart, nerves and bones.

Eating almonds will also enhance the general strength of muscles. Almond oil is also found to be effective in curing skin irregularities such as early wrinkles, black heads, dry skin, pimple marks, acnes etc.
