Thus, chillies are found to have the potential to fight inflammation that occurs within the body. This power of fighting inflammation makes chillies an indispensable part of diet prescribed for patients suffering from arthritis and diabetes.
However, it is advisable for people with a sensitive stomach to keep away from eating chillies. People with ulcers and heartburn should also prevent themselves from exposing their body to a ‘hot’ diet.
