1. Raw almonds that are easily found in your cupboard, or in the supermarket, can be used to ease and relax you from an anxiety attack. Soak 10 pieces of almonds in water overnight to soften the skin and the nuts. Peel off the skin and blend the almonds in 1 cup of warm milk in a blender. Add a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of ground ginger. Drink the almond and milk mixture before going to bed to help relieve from anxiety. This also helps you relax and have a good night’s sleep.

2. Prepare a warm bath by using 3 cups of baking soda and 1/3 cup of grated ginger. Indulge yourself in this aromatic bath for 15 minutes to relieve your anxiety and tension. Soak and relax for a few more minutes if you need to.

3. If you have folic acid or potassium deficiency, anxiety is one of the common symptoms that are manifested through nervousness and tension. You can relieve anxiety by eating 2 cups of sliced or chopped celery or onions, or a mixture of both of these vegetables. You can eat them raw or cooked together with your meals within a period of one or two weeks.
